A penalty of$1050.00 was assessed <br /> on January 10, 2000. <br /> Mountain Coal Company forwarded payment for the $1050.00 on January 26, 2000. <br /> Subsequently, an assessment conference was held by the Division with representatives of <br /> Mountain Coal Company and the penalty was reduced to $150.00 on March 20, 2000. <br /> We would like to refund the difference to the company at this time. <br />
