No.: Pond #5 ~ ~~~ <br />Inspection Period: Third Quarter 2007 . <br />Inspection Date: September 29, 2007 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This sediment control pond lies north east of the main faaliiies area. All drainage from the ~- <br />reGaimed mine facilities area is directed to this pond. The primary discharge gate has been disabled <br />in the open position, ensuring that the pond functions as a "pass-thnwgh" facil'dy. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover_ <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: ~ ~ ' <br />3).
