No.: Pond #4 O\J~S~~~gai~`~ <br />Inspection Period: Third Quarter 2007 <br />Inspection Date: September 29, 2007 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This pond is located on the north east comer of the refuse disposal area. It is a sediment control <br />facility receiving run-off from the refuse disposal area. The primary discharge gate has been disabled <br />in the open position, ensuring that the pond functions as a "pass-through" faality. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1).
