that the water- in the pond will not contain any contaminants in excess of what will <br />be set as numeric protection level for the compliance wells already in place, DRMS, <br />WILL entertain the idea of not placing a well down gradient of the pond. <br />2) The second TR must show in detail the as built designs of all structures within the <br />permit area. All the deigns have to be stamped by a registered Professional Engineer <br />and have enough detail to allow DRMS to properly calculate a financial warranty to <br />demolish and k>ury the material so the land can be returned to the approved Post <br />Mining Land U:se of Range Land. This TR should also include any modifications to the <br />quarry mining sequence as well as any additional water quality data for all the <br />existing monitoring wells and the new well location. Once the operator and DRMS <br />agree on the location of this new well, it must be installed and the completion and <br />development dz~ta for this well must be submitted to the Division. <br />3) Once the requested information is submitted, DRMS will set numeric protection levels <br />as outlined earlier. If after a certain period of collecting water quality data, <br />both DBMS and the operator agree to reduce the monitoring wells, the Division will <br />consider reducing the number of monitoring wells.
