Colorado 81428 <br />In (a) Notice o1` Violation No. CV-2007-006 , (b) Cessation Order No. , <br />the deadline for albatement of the practice, condition or violation described was fixed at <br />5 pm February 14, 2008 . <br />It is hereby found that the operator has failed to abate such practice, condition or <br />violation, or cannot complete abatement within the time allowed, but that such failure is not <br />due to lack of diligience on the part of the operator.
