29. Roadside South Portal Mine Facilities and Stockpile/Prep Plant Area
and Conveyor Tunnel Under I-70 -The Roadside South Portal Mine
Facilities, Stockpile and Prep Plant areas where reclaimed as per
approved Permit Revision #3 (PR-3). 13.5 acres were reclaimed during
the last two quarters of 2007. These acres include all back filled and
graded areas along with buildings and asphalt areas that were approved
for retention through PR-3. The east end of the Conveyor Tunnel was
