Dear Mr. Waldron:
This letter is in response to the divisi _'s letter dated December 18, 2007. Based on the
division's O er 1 , 2007 inspection of our facility, located at 3600 Lime Road, Pueblo,
Colorado 81004, it requested, in accordance to Rule 4.2.1 (2), that GCC Rio Grande post an
additional $2,565,081 cash escrow financial warranty. This additional amount, as requested,
would bring GCC's total financial warranty up to $5,065,081.00.
GCC is depositing the appropriate amounts today, to bring our cash escrow account up to the
requested total. Note that with accrued interest, our current account balance is $2,815,884.83.
Therefore, we will transfer $2,249,196.17. At close of business today, Feb 14, 2007 our total
cash escrow will be $5,065,081.00. NOTE: We will instruct Wells Fargo to begin depositing
accumulated interest for this account, to a separate GCCRG account.
