The D511 only worked 14 hours as shown on the Equipment <br /> rental sheet. All-road-maintenance work was.completed as directed-by J_Binns of the Coal <br /> Program as well as the trash removal, standpipe repair, road base installation and riprap <br /> placement per-Field-Directive#land Change Order#1_ -The.50-c y_-of-road baseasapecified <br /> under Item#5 only was spread out over an approximate 240 linear foot stretch versus the <br /> approximate 5001f as wished,.but_thefmal_resultaccomplished.what was-needed on theaccess <br /> road comer in question. D5H time primarily included work which involved the shaping and <br /> smoothing of eroded pit-access;roads,.alia ing runoff with riitch work,andMeaning-out water <br /> bar crossings. The standpipe repair included the sealing off of the exterior and interior bypass <br /> holes. Two separate approximate.10011..sections_of_eroded.ditch had 24" minn rivse-rnck <br /> placed one lift thick. And finally the trash removal included the off site disposal of the+20,000 <br /> gallon water lank which went-to-salvage,.3-Ndiameter_off-soadhaul_tires,and miscellaneous CSP <br /> and iron. The area where the trash was removed from was ripped and revegetated as well as the <br /> improved section-of_the accesssoad.The-awarded con r ct r Dirt N-Iron,_completed the site <br /> work for$6,321.00, including the $938.00 increase for the delivered and placed riprap.
