Additional monies would need <br /> to be collected from the permittee. We agreed that DMG should execute the documents necessary <br /> to obtain the liquidated bond amount being offered by the State of New York. <br /> Cheryl and I also agreed that once the bond money is obtained, I will contact OSM to determine <br /> whether the money must be given to OSM, or if it can be retained by DMG. <br /> Cc: Kent Gorham <br /> Dan Hernandez <br /> Jim McArdle <br />
