-G- <br />Pertnlt Coaditlou <br />A reportable spill is a spilt of any toxic or ha~_ardnus substance (including spills of petroleum products) within the <br />mined land permit area reportable to any Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health anti the Environment, the <br />11at.ionai itesponse Center, the Colorado Emergency Planning Commission, any local Emergency Planning Commission, <br />[Deaf Emergency Planning Committee, or the State (ail Inspector. The Mine Qperator shall notify the Division of <br />Reclamation,l~lining and Safety {DBMS) of a reportable spill within. the mined land permit area using the same timeframe <br />required by the permit, license, notice, statute, rule or regulation governing the reporting of the spill to the other appropriate. <br />agency. Notice ofa reportable spill shall be FA.Yed to: Minerals Program Supervisor, Division of Reclatr~tion, mining and <br />Safety, FAX (303) 832-8 i OG.
