The permit boundary will be established in a proper manner when the
weather conditions allow. The operator understands the importance of this dividing line and they
will maintain this line for the life of the mine. Please find five (5) photos with annotation
enclosed showing the line that was surveyed yesterday. The other item that was revised within the
last two days is the Pre-Mining Plan Map I have now added the undetermined excavation on the
west side of the east pit and also the composting area used by the sod farm to compost the organic
matter that they remove from the sod fields and then add to back to the soils when planting seed.
You will find exhibit "R" signed by the Pueblo Clerk & Recorder to denote that this information
has been duly place with all the documentation as required by the Division of Reclamation,
Mining and Safety rules.
If you need additional information, please call me at 719-240-9424 or a-mail at
jp~Ca~incasvs.com, thank you for your concern in this permit application.
incere
Joe Gagliano
Consultant
Cc: file
Encl: Revised Pre-Mining Plan Map & Photos
