A program called QuiekView will bC Copied to the t"D and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the <br />First time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's dots not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The GD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive, A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will conmin fries with the .tif extension. ';['here needs to be an image viewing application for .tif .files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs arc called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer' or "Paint" and they n t work with QuickVicw. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />does work. DMG has determined that a program ca11Cd "IrfanView'", which can bC downloaded from lrfanVicw.tom, does work with <br />QuiekView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this <br />software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />Instructio>tws:. <br />1. insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. 1;jeCt the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the eantputer. <br />5. You arc ready to view the Permit Filet. <br />NQTE: A program called QuickVicw Autorun, which runs the QuiekView <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program <br />does NdT work, you will need to manually instal) the QuickVicw program. <br />.Instructions far manually installing QuiekView are available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www_rninine.state.co.us. <br />The Permft File document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMG office or they can be purchased an a CD or <br />DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD.
