Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not rcqutre a new installation of the software_ 2. The Cb or DVD that you purc}tase mu be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD qr DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and multi-page documents. Gn a Windows XP eotnputer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they ~.4 not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows Xp computers does work. DMG has determined that a program called ".lrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView,com, does work with QuickVicw. After, downloading "IrfanVicw", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing 8nd registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such ac "Imaging PrcviCw" &nd "]malting for Windows". l.nstructions: T. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Ejcet the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You arc ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE:.A program called QuickVicw Autorun, which runs the QuickVicw setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program does NGT work, you will nxd to manually install tfte QuickVicw program. Tnstructions for manually installing QuickVicw arc available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.mininu.state.co.us.
