Ploase check one below and return this form with your payment to DMG. Tf a CD is requested and the pcrtnit is too large for a CD, you will be called. Computer requirements to use the UMG document imaging C.D (or DVD): l . A program called QuickVicw will be copied. to the CD and must be inbtalled on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's dots not Tequire a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive, A DVD drive will read a OD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif cxtcnsiott. There needs to be an imago viewing application far .tif files on your computer that will handle single and multi~pagc documct+ts. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs ere called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint." and they do not work with QuickVicw. 'The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does worlt_ DMG has determined that a program called "lrfanView', which can be down loaded from IrfanVicw.com, does work with QuickVicw. After downloading "IrfanVlew", it needs to be configured as your default _tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsihility. 'There are many other programs that work as well, suoh as "Imaging Preview' and "Imaging for Windows". [nstructinns• 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3_ Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert ChC GD into the computer. 5• You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickVicw Autorun, which t7mx the QuickVicw setup program, hoc also been copied to this CD. l.f the Autorun progrartt does NOT work, you will ntxd to manually install the QuickVicw program. Tnstructions for manually installing QuickVicw are available upon request with the CD or can he viewed at www.minin8.state.co.us. The Permit File documett images can be viewed in the reception area of the T)NTG o(iice or they can be purchased ott a CA or >pVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the tune attd labor of making the CD.
