Robinson Brick Company is filing this Annual Report as part of the ll2c Annual Fee and <br />Report Request requirements of the State of Colorado. <br />The I-Iogbacl< Mine is located in Douglas County Colorado. <br />Operations (Current Year) <br />Clay mining and overburden removal operations continue in accordance with the mine <br />plan. The permitted acreage remains at 65.9 acres. No additional were disturbed during <br />this period. Current disturbance is approximately 40.9 acres excluding the 2.4 acres of <br />haul road disturbance. No additional acres were reclaimed during this reporting period. <br />_ Operations (Next Year) <br />Mining operations in 2068-2009 will disturb no additional acres. <br />Bonding <br />Deemed adequate at this time. <br />
