EXHIBIT S <br />Permanent Man-Made Structures within 200 Ft of the Affected Land <br />**Refer to Exhibit C Existing Conditions Map for details on the location of structures within <br />200ft. <br />1. Power Lines/Poles -Four power poles are located on the upper northwest side of the site <br />and additional poles are located adjacent to the site on the North boundary. On-site poles <br />end near one of two on-site pumps. <br />2. Pumps -There are two existing pumps on site. One is located near the northwest <br />property boundary and the other is located in the northwest corner of the site. <br />3. Concrete Irrigation Ditch -There is an abandoned concrete and CMP ditch running along <br />the north end of site as well as a spur which heads south into the site. The ditch will be <br />removed during mining. <br />4. Utility boxes -There is one electrical box located on the southeast side of the site. There <br />are additional electrical boxes as well as a number of unidentified boxes located near the <br />northeast corner of the property. Electrical boxes are owned by Poudre Valley Rural <br />Electric Association. <br />5. Fences -There are existing fences running along the west, north and east property <br />boundaries. <br />6. Improved Roads -The site is bordered on the north by State Highway 392 and on the <br />east by County Road 13. <br />7. Unimproved Roads - An unimproved gravel road runs across the entire site near the <br />south property boundary and crosses the natural Swale. Another portion of an <br />unimproved road crosses the Swale again further to the north. <br />8. Corrugated metal drainage pipes (CMP) -Three CMP's run under the gravel road <br />crossing on the east side of the site and one additional CMP crosses under the concrete <br />ditch near the northeast corner of the site. <br />9. Houses and Outbuildings -There are no buildings on site. <br />10. Water Wells -There are 2 existing wells on-site. <br />11. Water Lines -None on site. <br />12. Oil and gas lines -None known. <br />SerFer Land Ventures, LLC believes that the mining operation, as proposed, will not adversely <br />affect any of the permanent, man-made structures located within 200 ft of the affected area.
