Six North (T.6N.), Range Sixty-eight West (R.68W.), Sixth Principal Meridian (6~' P.M.), County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeast Corner of said Section 24 and assuming the East line of the Northeast
Quarter (NE1/4) to bear South 00°27'43" East, a grid bearing of the Colorado State Plane Coordinate
System, North Zone, North American Datum 1983/92, a distance of 2639.55 feet, with all bearings herein
relative thereto;
THENCE South 00°27'43" East along the East line of the NE1/4 of said Section 24, a distance of 110.00
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said point of beginning being on the South Right-of--way line of
State Highway 392;
