operational statistics are calculated for all data prior to the reporting period.
Numeric protective levels (NPL) and early warning indicators (EWI) are shown for
each constituent at each well where these statistical values apply. Comparison
of the data values with the Early Warning Indicators (EWI) and the Numeric
Protective Levels (NPL) indicates no values above the calculated limits during
the sample period.
Analysis of the data collected in the 29~r' Quarter shows one data point for
dissolved potassium elevated above the early warning indicator at alluvial well
28-1. The sample, collected in December 2007 indicates a value for dissolved
potassium of 6.0 mg/L. The calculated EWI for this constituent at this monitoring
point is 5.21 mg/L, a difference of 0.79 mg/L. The baseline mean value for
dissolved potassium is 3.5 mg/L computed from 15 baseline samples. The
operational mean value determined from 64 total samples is 3.7 mg/L. The
maximum value observed in the baseline program was 4 mg/L. The value of
dissolved potassium at alluvial well 28-1 has never exceeded the early warning
indicator level before during the period of record.
Well 28-1 (Alluvial Completion)
Water Elevation and Potassium

a

E 8
75
7
6.5
6
5 5

~

~ 6060

6059
6058

6057
~ 5
45 ~"" "
~ 6056
4 ~ ~ `,u-:vr? ~ ~~~ dv aav caev v
:v
~ wav w v v o vcv~aa iv ac
6055
a r~
35 N
3 ~ N 6054
2 5
6053
2
6 1 5 6052
1
0 5 6051
0 --- -_ --- -- 6050
~~~aR~8888~°~a~~~~b~ ~~8BF3~ S8~~~Sag~~~~~~a
Date
Water Oevatiort ~- Potassium, dis solved --- - -Potassium Early Warning Indi cator
