The last time we spoke you were going to try to locate the decrees and <br />organizational documents for the Association, so as to determine whether this would be an <br />adequate source of replacement water. Have you had in luck in finding these? <br />I am enclosing for your information the State Engineer's proposed changes to the <br />guidelines that they will use for Substitute Supply Plans for gravel pits. I obtained these at a <br />seminar recently. While talking with Jeff Deathridge at that seminar. he said that they are <br />already starting to use these, even though they have not been officially adopted. <br />When you get a chance, please give me a ring about the status of this project and the <br />impact these new guidelines inay have on your gravel pit at Olathe. <br />Best regards, <br />Very truly yours, <br />O~_ <br />David C.
