Undisturbed vegetation information taken from Exhibit 10-1, Premining Vegetation Map. Hydrologic soil group values based
on soil types which were taken from Exhibit 9-1, Soils Type and Soils Salvage Map. Disturbed area vegetation information
(Reclaimed: vegetated, fair [30% - 70%]; or, topsoiled, no vegetation) taken from 2006 Annual Reclamation Chronological
Seeding Map (Yoast Mine 2006 Annual Reclamation Report). Field observations as of June 2007 indicate areas seeded in
2006 display good stand establishment and growth. Approved Yoast Mine "k" Factor and Control Factor values are
presented in Appendix 13-12, !'ostmining Drainage and Sediment Control ,Tables 13-12.2 and 13-12.3, respectively.
