In this quarter, no discharges were observed at Points 005, 009, Oll, 013 and 014. Intermittent flows were observed at Point 015. Vehicle access to Points 004, 005, 008, 009, 010, 016 and 017 was closed starting in late November due to snow. Monthly visits were performed by snowmobile or snowshoe. Deep and light snow prevented safe access, even with a snowmobile, to Point 015 in December. The potentially dissolved chromium value of 15.8 ug/1 reported for Point O10 (on DMR sheet MN1 0) is suspect. It is two orders of magnitude higher than any other chromium value observed at this site, including the value in January 2008 (see two attached water chemistry reports). The lab performing the analysis indicated that the reported. value is mostly likely incorrect due to interference (see attached `Case Narrative'). No excursions of effluent limits occurred this quarter.
