Exhibit D -Overall Impacts on Adjoining Property and Setbacks
The impacts on adjacent property is considered minimal to perhaps moderate close to the
operation itself. The entire site is surrounded by land owned by Rick Hunt, the owner of the sand pit.
The nearest distance to an adjacent owner's property is about 800 feet to the west. That owner is
Eugene Lessar.
The primary possible impacts on property more distant than the 500 foot setback would
include a minor amount of noise and some visual impacts from some locations. However, as stated
in the General Project Concept, this site is not a high visibility location. Both of these issues are
addressed in a later section of this application.
Miller Gravel Pit -Special Use Permit Page 5 of 26
