Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed the review process for the above <br />referenced application and determined that Marathon Oil Company has met the requirements fora 110c <br />application under the Rules and Act. Staff is pleased to inform~arathon Oil Compan~and Cordilleran <br />Compliance Services Inc. that the application isCapproved~ <br />The agreed upon reclamation liability is calculated to beC20,676.00~. A letter stating the acceptance of <br />the reclamation liability has been received by the Division. Marathon Oil Company must submit and <br />have accepted both a Financial and Performance Warranty for the permit to become active. No <br />disturbance may occur until the warranties are in place and all other necessary local, state and federal <br />permits (if required) are approved and in place.
