<br />Pursuant to the Rules & Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board
<br />published August, 1980, and pursuant to the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act
<br />34-33-101 et seq., notice is hereby given of the filing of a technical revision application for
<br />Kennecot Colorado Coal Company to become the general partner of Colowyo Coal Company
<br />L.P. The application concerns the existing Colowyo Coal Mine, Permit No. C-81-019 by
<br />Colowyo Coal Company, L.P., 5731 State Highway 13, Meeker, Colorado 81641, with the
<br />Division of Minerals and Geology, Colorado Department of Natural Resources, 1313
<br />Sherman St., Room 213, Denver, CO. 80203.
<br />The permit boundary is adjacent to Colorado Highway 13/789 (west of the highway), is
<br />bounded on the east by Good Spring Creek, on the west by Wilson Creek, and one-fourth
<br />mile south of the Moffat/Rio Blanco County Line. The permit area can be located on U.S.
<br />Geological Survey 7.5 minute quadrangle map No. N4015-W 10745/7.5 (Axial, Colo), and is
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />Township 4 North, Range 93 West, portions of
<br />Sections 15, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 33, 34;
<br />Township 3 North, Range 93 West, portions of
<br />Sections 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 1>, l6,
<br />17, 20, 21, 22; West of the 6`h P.M.
