CEC's forth quarter 2007 sediment pond report <br />was received by the division on Jan 15, 2008. Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with <br />Rule 4.05.9(17). Sediment pond inspections were conducted by CEC on December 27, 2007. <br />No significant problems were noted for any of the impoundments in the report. No discharge from any <br />of the ponds was reported. CEC did not identify any maintenance required as a result of this <br />inspection.
