More than 260,000 cubic yards of material were removed from the
sites. The majority of this material was common fill. For more specific information, please see
the enclosed map of the properties and summary of materials that were removed.
Cruise and Associates plans to remove approximately 400,000 cubic yards of material,
the majority of which will be common fill, perform site maintenance, and conduct dewatering at
the Hazeltine site in 2008. As a result of Denver Water's budget constraints, material removal
work will be concentrated at the Hazeltine site.
If further information is required, please contact either Michele Frishman at 303-628-
6086 or John H. Bambei, Jr. at 303-628-6669.
Sincerely,
~,.
Mi hele K. Frishman
Attorney
Enclosures
cc: John H.
