The required fee of $257.00 for the renewal of this <br />substitute supply plan has been submitted (receipt no. 3623820). <br />Plan Operation <br />The Baseline Resources mining area is split into two adjacent sites. The East site is <br />encompassed by an existing slurry wall while the West site is located outside of the wall, as <br />shown in attached figure 1. For 2008 all mining will occur outside of the slurry wall. Operations <br />at the site are expected to occur during nine months of the year from March through November. <br />The applicant will dewater the active mining area to allow for dry mining. The <br />dewatering water will be conveyed through dewatering trenches to a 7.18 acre settling pond <br />An alluvial well has been constructed to provide water for concrete batching and dust <br />suppression.
