I am interested in <br />knowing how much longer tine pit wii] be operating. I also want to be sure there is a <br />financial warranty for proper land reclamation. The land is owned by the Uncompahgre <br />Valley Water LJsez•s Association and was originally leased in 1994 by Western Gravel, <br />Inc. <br />The following information, on a posted road sign, offers na help locating inSarmatian on <br />your site: <br />R.ACINE PIT <br />S-D-20 <br />M 92-102 <br />Correspondence from an inspection in 1994 identified the mine name as <br />South I7 20 Pit <br />Again, I cannot find this name in your listings as active, terminated; or any farm of <br />cessation. However, this gFavel pit is very ACT1V~. <br />Please let me ]snow what the states of this pit operation. Is there an active permit? Also, <br />when was the last inspection done??
