• All mine site personnel will be familiarized with restriction and
regulations that are part of this plan at the time of employment at the
mine site.
Resource Monitoring
Section Deleted per Permit Renewal - 5
Reclamation
Reclamation plans are described in Section 3.0 of the Mine Plan. Actual disturbed
area requiring surface reclamation is limited, and calls for reestablishment of
existing vegetation communities in disturbed areas. Improvement and
enhancement of wildlife resources will be accomplished through revegetation
. with plant species of value to wildlife as a food source. Due to the limited area
involved it is unlikely that enhancement will be of a degree that can be measured
or documented to any degree of significance. Major habitat types will be
reestablished as they currently exist in the area. While undesirable plant species
will not be included within the reclamation program it is unrealistic to assume
that these types of species will not invade the reclaimed areas eventually.
Control of the permit area during reclamation will be maintained to allow the
maximum increased use of the reclaimed mine property by area wildlife.
•
RN-05 4-56 09/07
