4-18 <br />• 4.4.3 Ground Water Quality <br />No ground water inflow has been encountered in the Cameo seam <br />during and after driving of entries in the Munger Canyon. On <br />this basis it appears that the Cameo seam and the encompassing <br />rocks are drained in the area of the proposed mining development. <br />Therefore, no ground water sample from the bedrock aquifers was <br />collected in the Munger Canyon area. Several samples of ground <br />water from the monitoring wells installed in the East Salt Creek <br />alluvium were collected. Record of analysis for the period of <br />December, 1977, through April, 1979, are shown in Tables 4.2.1 <br />through 4.2.5. Results showed that ground water in the alluvium <br />is a sodium sulfate type containing dissolved solids ranging <br />n <br />U <br />r1 <br />
