Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On December 7, 2007, the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) formally notified you <br />of a public hearing scheduled for January 9, 2008, to address a possible violation for failure to maintain <br />sufficient financial warranty to assure the completion of reclamation on the affected land. Since the <br />time of that notice, adequate bond has been posted for the site. Therefore the hearing for this issue has <br />been cancelled. <br />All of the other deficiencies related to the permit have been addressed.
