R. 87 W. sec 18 NEl/aNEI/aSE'/a and the miscellaneous fences
was analyzed by the Range and Recreation specialists. The current Little Snake Resource
Management Plan (RMP) is under revision; the new RMP emphasizes the elimination of
unnecessary roads. Consequently, the Range and Recreation specialists concluded that these
roads are unnecessary as they do not serve the general public or the grazing permittee; therefore
the roads should be reclaimed. Seneca Coal Company may continue to use and modify these
roads as long as necessary to conduct their reclamation activities, but the roads must be
reclaimed following final reclamation. Similarly, please remove the miscellaneous fences that
you constructed on this Federal parcel following final reclamation.
Should you wish to have these roads remain in-place following final reclamation, aRight-of-
Way may be applied for with the Little Snake Field Office.
If you have any questions, please contact Jennifer Maiolo at (970)-826-5077.
Sincerely,
.~ S ~~
John E.
