SEDCAD 4 for Windows
r..,..a+. .ov o.w. ~ c..~.w
• _ Pond 11
Storm: 1.8", 25 year - 24 hour
SuGwatershed Hydrology Detail:
SuGwatersl~ed Sedimentology Detail:

Sediment pond 11 was designed to initially contain the run-off from Cameo
Borrow Area No. 2 (CBA-2) and later contain run-off from Cameo Refuse
Disposal No. 3 (CRDA-3). CRDA-3 will not be constructed. Therefore, sediment
pond sizing is only for run off and sediment from CBA-2. The size of sediment
pond 11 was increased substantially by borrow operations from CBA-2 during
2002. Post 2002 contours of pond 11 are shown on Exhibit 55.
Rule 4.05.9(2)(e) allows the DMG to approve a temporary impoundment that
relies primarily on storage to control run-off from the design event specified in
4.05.9(2)(c). As shown on Exhibit 55, pond 11 has adequate capacity to contain
the 25 year 24 hour precipitation event and associated sediment with substantial
freeboard. Therefore, an emergency spillway is not required at pond 11.
•
Fun(.] i i -1'J : `+_u
