The amount of water <br />i <br />discharged from the mine is metered. <br />The maximum inflow that can be expected in this area is difficult to <br />determine. The operator anticipates that future inflows could reach a maximum <br />of 100 gallons per minute (See appendix N). The operator will continue to <br />monitor these inflows and shall continue to submit annual reports to the DMG. <br />Any discharges from the mine to the surface water system wilt be in <br />accordance with the requirements of the Colorado Department of Health <br />Discharge Permit CO-0038342. <br />Future water interests could be enhanced because of the increased water <br />retaining capability of the strata in the abandoned areas of the mine. <br />McClave Volume 1 06/06 <br />
