• Colorado Air Pollution Control Division Fugitive Dust Permit and Air Pollution
Emission Notice (ADEN) - To be applied for prior to initiation of activities.
• Colorado Water Quality Control Commission Stvrmwater Discharge Permit - To be
applied for prior to initiation of activities if determined necessary.
• Colorado Water Quality Control Commission Discharge Permit -Application will
HAVE BEEN OBTAIN. (Required in order to dewater the two pits upon cvmpletivn of
the slurry cutoff wall.)
• Colorado Division of Water Resources, Department of Natural Resources -Gravel Pit
Well Permit Application to allow for water augmentation -evaporative loss. To be
applied for prior to initiation of activities.
