(f) A map in Exhibit C may be used along with the narrative to present the following <br />information: <br />The Operator considers the following inf©rmation, (~(i) and (ii) as confidential <br />(i) Nature, depth and thickness of the deposit to be mined and thickness and <br />type of overburden: <br />The overburden ranges in depth from two (2) to 17 feet deep and consists of clay type soils. The <br />overburden will be used for the clay slurry wall and possibly earthen dam construction and other <br />uses in the two pit areas. The aggregate resource extends to a depth of 40 feet in some areas with <br />an average total depth of 32.b feet. The resource consists of gravel and cobbles. <br />(ii) Nature of the stratum immediately beneath the material to be mined in <br />sedimentary deposits: <br />Bedrock (a hard to very hard claystone) is below the sand and gravel deposit. <br />
