III. COMMENTS - COMPLIANCE
Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made

General Comments
This was an aerial inspection of Munger Canyon Mine. The flight was on 12/13/07. Harry Ranney of DRMS
recorded 4 oblique and near vertical digital images, covering the reclaimed portal bench and upper access road
areas. There was a solid covering of fresh snow throughout the entire area, and it appeared to be snowing at
the time of the flight. These conditions made detailed observations difficult.
The portal area silt fence installations could be discerned and appeared to be intact. There was no evidence of
sliding in the reclaimed areas. Snow cover prevented detailed observations of erosional features or the extent of
mulch and vegetative cover.
Photo coverage extended from the portal reclaimed area down the reclaimed access road to a short distance to
the west of Channel "D".
