M-1982-11 Withdrawal of Reason to Believe , <br />violation Exist ~~ <br />Dear Mr. Hunt, <br />This correspondence is in reference to the Reason to Believe (RTB) letter that was sent to you by <br />the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety on December 6, 2007. This letter explained that, <br />as a result of the bond cancellation process that began on January 20, 2006, a current bond has <br />not been held for this site sinlcne remained uanresolved. Howaever~on00anuary 7, 008 the Divsion <br />letter was sent out, this proble <br />received the appropriate bond documentation for the required amount. <br />Therefore, at this time, the Division has made the determination to withdraw this matter from <br />consideration by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866-4179. <br />Sincerely, <br />Deb E.
