The delineation of the channel will be determined during the onsite meeting in the spring of 2008 to determine whether the channel centerline or the ordinary high water mark on the mine side of the original drainage will be used. Once the volume of materials to be moved is established, adherence to an established timeframe (quantities to be relocated during a specific period of time) for completion of the mitigation will be followed, with a completion date in the fall of 2009.
