was subsequently amended in 2007 (AM-Ol) to include completion of 6 additional boreholes.
The CDRMS reviewed the AM-O1 submittal and provided an Adequacy comment letter on
08/10/07. Due to a re-prioritization of exploration activities, making the Cow Camp
Exploration Project the #1 priority, TCC deferred a response to the Adequacy comments, and
no additional exploration activities occurred under
either the original or revised NOI during 2007, TCC has an ongoing
interest in completing the proposed exploration activities, and would like to extend the
existing NOI for an additional three-years (ie: through 2011). If it does not appear that
the proposed activites will reasonably be completed during this extension period, TCC will
withdraw the NOI.
NOI CX-2007-205-11
The proposed exploration program addresses exploration activities that would occur over a
two-year period from 2007-2008, within the existing TCC Permit Area, including completion
of 2 exploration boreholes, with the option of twinning the holes, if necessary. Based on
CDRMS comments, TCC submitted a bond based total reclamation costs with twinned boreholes.
No exploration activities occurred under the revised NOI during 2007, due to a re-
prioritization of exploration activities, making the Cow Camp
Exploration Project the #1 priority. TCC has an ongoing interest in
completing the proposed exploration activities, and would like to extend the existing NOI
for an additional two-years (ie: through 2010). If it does not appear that the proposed
activites will reasonably be completed during this extension period, TCC will withdraw the
NOI.
Jason, hopefully this clarifies the status and our intentions re: the outstanding NOI's.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions -
Best regards,
Jerry
-----------------------------------------
E-mail Disclaimer:
The information contained in this e-mail, and in any accompanying documents, may
constitute confidential and/or legally privileged information.
