Past experience and
on-going critical evaluation has reinforced our confidence
in the future success of the Climax reclamation project, and
we feel that the proposed measures fully comply with the
spirit and desired objectives of the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Act of 1976.
We have designed this as a flexible plan which can
accommodate additions and modifications as new advances in
reclamation technology and mineral extraction indicate. We
hope it meets with your approval.
Very truly yours,
AMAX Inc.
W. F. DlStier
Vice President
WFD:ard
Attach.
i
