<br />am the editor of the Rio Blanco Herald Times, formerly
<br />known as The Meeker Herald and The Rangely Times
<br />weekly newspapers; that the same is a weekly newspaper
<br />published in theCounty of Rio Banco, State of Colorado,
<br />and has a general circulation therein; that said newspaper
<br />'has been published continuously and uninterivptedly in
<br />said County of Rio Blanco for a period of more than
