b. The bridge structure will be removed when mining has stop and reclamation has been
over and done with. As said previously this bridge will be relocated to another project at
a different location. This bridge is not a permanent structure and removal will be
straightforward and seeding will been done when the structure is moved. This is a
temporary structure.
c. The bridge structure will not remain in place after reclamation activities are completed.
This is a temporary structure.
d. The impact of this bridge will have no adverse effect on the operations of the ROCKY
FORD HIGH LINE during the irrigation season or during the winter when the ditch is not
flowing water. Sufficient free board has been provided to allow debris to move under the
bridge when the ditch is running at full capacity. The free board is approximately 4 feet,
which is enough space to allow objects to move under the bridge. The dead weight of the
bridge will also be an asset. The dead weight of the bridge will reduce the possibility of
any debris that hits the structure from jarring the bridge off the abutments. The applicant
is confident that this structure will not effect the operation of the ditch.
e. This bridge structure is included in the mine's affected area and permit boundaries.
This structure will be removed during reclamation.
Rule 6.4.5 Exhibit E Reclamation Plan
2.
