Rule 6.4.14 Exhibit N Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />6. The Board of the Rocky Ford Canal and the applicant are presently negotiating the <br />placement of the bridge over the Canal. The results of the negotiations will be <br />forthcoming. <br />Rule 6.4.19 Exhibit S- Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />7. The agreements in place for the man-made structures are enclosed with this <br />report. This includes the Oxford Farmers Ditch Company, and Charles Bedard the <br />Land Owner. The Pueblo County Public Works has been sent previously. The <br />agreement with the Rocky Ford High Line Canal is stilt in negotiations and will <br />be settled soon or this matter will have to go to a. Mined Land Board Reclamation <br />process to be resolved. Any agreements reached will acknowledge the placement <br />of the badge and any integral andlorfmu*onat age to the Rocky Ford <br />High Lime Canal. <br />Below are the agreements mentioned above they will also be attached to this <br />letter.
