The Division reviewed thisjacilityon June <br />11, 2002, and determined that the antidegradatiott presumption was overcome because discharge does not occur during low flow periods. <br />The activity involves discharge ojsurface runoff only from active areas. Within the body of the permit itself, monitoring requirements are specified in Part I.B.3.a), the StornrwaterMariagement Plan requirements <br />are specified in Part I.B.2. and notification requirements for effluent violations are addressed in Part II.A. <br />Salinity (TDS) monitoring of the discharge will be required.
