This substitute water supply plan is a combined replacement plan <br />that replaces depletions from one site (Timnath Connell Pit) that currently is being mined, and <br />replaces post-pumping depletions from one site (Stute Pit) where mining is complete. On <br />August 11, 2006, the State Engineer approved the clay liner for the Stute Pit, which eliminated <br />the need to replace new depletions from evaporation. The required fee of $514 (2 x $257) has <br />been submitted.
