CO-0047562 <br />County: Mesa <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, (25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 <br />as amended} and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; the "Act"} <br />the <br />Energy Fuel Resources Corporation <br />is authorized to discharge from the Whirlwind Project wastewater treatment facility located at S 1/2 of NW <br />1/4 Section 36, TSIN, R20W, NMPM; at 30100 5110 Road, Gateway, CO 81522; Latitude 38 38.5' N, <br />Longitude 109 2.9'W. to the middle fork of Lumsden Creek in accordance with effluent (imitations, <br />monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth in Part I and II hereof. All discharges authorized <br />herein shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this permit. <br />The applicant may demand an adjudicatory hearing within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the final permit <br />determination, per the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, 61.7(1}.
