Whirlwind Mine Page 8 of 8 <br />MC /SPCC 06/29/07 <br />Section 6.0 - Implementation <br />MC /SPCC structures and controls will be implemented as the mine facilities are constructed. <br />The current mine facilities presenting a potential spill source are listed below - <br />• The fuel depot currently consists of one 500-gallon "farm" tank for diesel fuel set up in a <br />galvanized steel secondary containment basin. <br />• The fuel tank for the temporary mine generator currently consists of one 500-gallon <br />"farm" #ank for diesel fuel set up in a galvanized steel secondary containment basin. <br />Section 7.0 -Specialist Clean-up Personnel <br />The following personnel are off-site specialists who are available for clean-up and <br />decontamination activities if a spill occurs at the Whirlwind Mine. <br />Timothy W.
