Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s (TMI) Third quarter 2007 Colorado Wastewater <br />Discharge Monitoring reports, CDPH&E permit No. CO-0032115. TMI's Third quarter 2007 DMRs were <br />received by the Division, on October 24, 2007. The reports cover the time period from July 1, 2007 <br />through September 30, 2007. Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule <br />4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Five outfalls discharged during Third quarter 2007. Outfa11021 discharged routinely throughout the <br />quarter. Outfalls 001, 002, 011, and 020 discharged in response to heavy precipitation events in <br />September. Alternate limitation were applied to the September discharges due to the large storm events. <br />WET tests were conducted for outfalls 011, 020 and 021.
