Outfalls 003A, 005A, and 006A flowed each week of the period. Outfall 008A only discharged during the last
week of the period, allowing only one sample set to be collected and analyzed. No exceedances were noted. Note that Mon
3 (Pond B) has been changed to Mon 5 (Pond D) because of a mistake in creating new DMRs for the recent permit renewal.
I've communicated with Andrew Neuhart on this. Please call me if you need additional clarification.
In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover
the outfalls, which did not discharge. These include 002A (Pond T), Pond C (Outfall 004A), and 007A,007X,and MON 7 (note
all site Pond F). Note that ponds A (Outfall 001 A), and H (Outfall 009A) have been deactivated following bond release, and
have been removed from the amended permit, effective January 1, 2003.
CERTIFICATION
I certify under penalty of law that 1 have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and
based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is
true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the
possibility of fine and imprisonment.
